BASKETBALL PRACTICE SCHEDULE
K - 2nd Grade Basketball - Monday's
Wingdale Elementary School Gym 5:30 PM - 7:00 PM
3rd & 4th Grade Basketball - Tuesday's
Dover Middle School Gym 7:00 PM - 8:00 PM
5th & 6th Grade Basketball - Tuesday's
Dover High School Gym 7:30 PM - 8:30 PM
7th & 8th Grade Basketball - Thursday's
Dover Middle School Gym 7:00 PM - 8:00 PM
9th - 12th Grade Basketball - Thursday's
Dover High School Gym 7:30 PM - 8:30 PM
If practice is delayed because of High School Games, we will practice after game is over or move to the another gym.
K-2nd Grades
- Beginners develop all the skills needed to learn how to play the game of Basketball.
- Children will get an understanding of how the game is played and practice the skills needed to play.
- They play a modified version of the game.
- After week 3 each child is put on a team depending on how many children are in the program depends on how many teams we have.
- Games take place on Monday evenings anywhere from 5:30 PM-6:30 PM or 6:30 PM - 7:30 PM.
3rd-4th Grade Basketball
- Each child will practice once a week and games take place on Saturday's anywhere from 7:30 AM - 3:30 PM.
- Teams will be chosen during the 2nd week of practice.
5th - 6th Grade Basketball
- Each child will practice once a week and games take place on Saturdays from 7:30 AM - 3:30 PM.
- All teams will be chosen during the 2nd week of practices.
7th - 12th Grade Basketball
- Each player will practice once a week and games take place on Saturdays from 7:30 AM - 3:30 PM.
- Teams will be chosen during the 2nd week of practices.
