In-Person Class on Wednesday, January 22nd & a Zoom Class on January 29th .

Are you ready to party yourself into shape? Taught by licensed instructor Aimee Chiappini, this cardio-dance workout is open to adults of all ages. Choreographed  routines with a blend of international rhythms will have everyone laughing, moving, and sweating in no time!

This class incorporates Zumba® toning routines. Bring water, toning sticks and a towel.
