This 45-minute class uses 40-second work / 20-second rest intervals to keep you moving at a steady, manageable pace.
What you’ll need:
• Light weights (optional) or bodyweight
• Exercise mat for floor work
• Towel (for sweat or assisted stretching)
• Comfortable, movement-friendly clothing
• Sneakers (required)
Class Overview: This class focuses on functional training—exercises that mimic everyday movements to help improve strength, mobility, and overall performance in daily life. You’ll work through a series of compound movements that engage multiple muscle groups and joints at the same time. All exercises are designed to be accessible, using light or no weights, with clear options to modify or progress based on your fitness level. You’ll move at your own pace during each 40-second work interval, making the class suitable for beginners and those looking to build a solid foundation.
