Adult BootCamp - October Session
Taught at Boyce Park Tennis Courts by certified Bootcamp trainer Aimee Chiappini. In this 45 minute class a small group participates in a short duration , high intensity interval training (HIIT) that creates a prolonged after burn, or EPOC (excess post oxygen consumption). This type of training causes the body to take longer to return to its state of rest, so it continues to burn calories (5x more) at a higher rate after the workout ended.
Bootcamp™ is for all fitness levels, you'll pick the intensity level that is right for you. You'll be able to determine what your individual "hard", "harder", and "hardest" effort is, to apply to each workout. Please make sure to bring a mat, towel and water. Any equipment will be provided.
